An Italian Dinner for 12

Welcome to the old country from where this recipe originates in Mola di Bari! Mr. Iacovelli will prepare an authentic Italian dinner for 12 guests in the winning bidder's home.

The chef will arrive around 11:00 AM to begin preparing the meal, which will be served around 6:00-7:00 PM. The evening begins with Eggplant Parmesan as an appetizer, followed by two slow-simmered sauces: one featuring braciole-thinly sliced rolled meat with prosciutto, garlic, parsley, and cheese-and another highlighting lobster, deshelled before cooking.

The winning family provides dessert and beverages. The principal brings the cooking, the stories, and one bottle of wine… half goes to the sauce and half goes to the chef!
